For reasons which were given in the Editorial Note of "Jungle Warfare" contributions which have appeared in these books have mostly been acknowledged to the member's army number, and the editors chose to remain anonymous. In this, the last of the series, it has been thought desirable to
publish the names of those who have collaborated to produce these volumes.
It has not been practicable to include the names of all contributors. Some items have been received either anonymously or with no more than a
nom de plume, and some have asked that their anonymity should be preserved. It has been thought unnecessary to include in this acknowledgment the names of artists whose signatures have appeared on the reproductions of their work.
